I am a tenant, how does it work
1. Find your accommodation
Search for the accommodation that suits you by entering the city where you wish to stay or reside, your arrival date and your departure date, as well as the number of tenants.
Find out about the rental and get to know the owner through Roomlala messaging.
2. Pay and book your accommodation
Book your accommodation by credit card on Roomlala. The owner has 48 hours to respond. In case of acceptance, you are then debited at this precise moment, you receive the address and contact details of the owner. If the owner pre-approves your request before you book, pay your rental on Roomlala to definitively confirm the reservation.
3. Stay with the owner
In order to guarantee your accommodation, the owner will receive his payment 36 hours after your arrival in the accommodation. Don't forget to rate it at the end of your rental to help other Roomlala members make the right choice.

I am the owner, how does it work?
1. Create your ad and receive booking requests
Create an account and add good quality photos, write a description of your accommodation, determine your rates, and update your calendar. Then post your ad.
We will send you all inquiries and reservation requests for your accommodation. You will have 48 hours to inform yourself and discuss with the tenants and choose those who will stay with you.
2. Approve reservations
When you are sure you want to welcome the person who wants to rent your accommodation, approve their rental on the Roomlala platform and protect yourself and the tenant by using our secure payment system.
3. Host and earn money
Welcome your tenant and show him around. We pay you your payment for the rental 36 hours after its arrival. Once the rental is over, don't forget to rate your tenant on Roomlala.
