Possibility to rent a bicycle or an electric scooter and plug it in the storage room under the stairs in the duplex. All shops close to the city center or La Défense 15 minutes walk away, RER A and E. Tramway in 2025.
Rarely present, I am away every 6 weeks, so I often offer the apartment without me. The room has a 120x190 bed, 1 large dressing room, 1 spacious desk. The apartment needs to be maintained by the household. Shared tenancy agreement eligible for APL, deposit.
