1 bedroom in T3 - Duplex often empty Nanterre
Possibility to rent a bicycle or an electric scooter and plug it in the storage room under the stairs in the duplex. All shops close to the city center or La Défense 15 minutes walk, RER A and E. Tramway in 2025.
Rarely present, I am away every 6 weeks, so I often offer the apartment without me. The room has a 120x190 bed, a large dressing room, a spacious office. The apartment is to be maintained for cleaning. Shared tenancy agreement eligible for APL, deposit. Preference for a student.
