2 bedroom apartment in the city center of Argelès in a quiet area
The accommodation is offered with a student lease or a mobility lease. The rent includes all charges, including a provision for water, electricity and internet. A bus to the Bourquin high school, with a journey time of approximately 5 minutes, as well as shops and a TER train station are within walking distance of the residence.
It is forbidden to have animals in the apartment. In addition, smoking in the apartment and in the common areas of the residence is also prohibited. A large free public car park is located near the residence. There is the possibility of renting a parking space in the collective closed garage.
