The exterior walls and ceiling of the room are very well thermally insulated. The room is equipped with an RJ45 Internet socket connected to the SFR router, and access to WIFI is also provided. The corridors, toilets and bathroom are shared with the two residents of the house as well as with the other student whose room is also located on the second floor. Access to an outdoor table in the garden is available.
The location is a 5-minute walk from the village square and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the three supermarkets. Parking is free on the street. Baillargues - Gare St Roch train station is a 5-minute drive away, with a train ride to this station of approximately 8 minutes. Two bus lines connect Mauguio to Montpellier: line 2 to Odysseum and line 607 with a stop at Boirargues. A cycle path connects to Fréjorgues airport. The hosts are dual nationals, British-French.
