We are looking for our new roommate! We are at the Villa, a coliving based in Ville-La-Grand, 8 minutes walk from the CEVA.
There are 9 of us, with an average age between 25 and 35, we are very friendly and welcoming ;)
Well-equipped double kitchen, a dining room with table football, a large laundry room, a cinema room (with PS5!), a large living room with TV and switch and board game area, a gym and a sauna!
Heated outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs, jacuzzi, a large vegetable garden with equipment, volleyball court, hammock, swing, large outdoor table with BBQ to make the most of the sunny days!
+ all the services!
Housekeeping twice a week, sports and yoga classes, meal delivery to cook together, scooter available, aperitifs, other organized events (very nice community spirit!).
The rent is 1350fr and includes absolutely everything... even the laundry!
