I rent a room in a beautiful, bright apartment, 1 minute from the RER A (12 minutes from Paris, 25 minutes from Disneyland). I am looking for a woman who is clean, calm and respectful of the apartment. It is a safe area, close to 2 lakes and opposite a large shopping center (Carrefour, La Poste, UGC, La Fnac, etc.). You will have a separate space in the apartment. A Peruvian lady occupies another room, on the other side of the apartment. She does not use the kitchen, is calm and very discreet. You share the small bathroom. You have a large kitchen, terrace, toilets. The kitchen is brand new and requires particular care, especially when cooking on the kitchen boards. Housing assistance (APL) is possible. The apartment is fully furnished. I can lend you sheets and towels if necessary. The price is all-inclusive (wifi, heating and water included).
