Beautiful large room in house in Lévis
I am looking to create a small residence for students (18-40 years old approximately and up to 3 students) in my charming ancestral home. I therefore hope to create a climate of calm conducive to study and rest.
The room is furnished (bed, desk, bedding). The price also includes electricity, heating, internet, washer / dryer.
I am looking for someone calm, respectful, open to dialogue, who does not swear (Quebec swear words), non-smoker, who does not use drugs and who does not run around.
I am a Christian of the Catholic faith. Do not be surprised, there are icons and crucifixes.
