Beautiful little bedroom in a house in Lévis
I am looking to create a small student residence (around 18-35 years old and up to 3 students) in my charming ancestral home. I therefore hope to create a climate of calm conducive to study and rest.
The room is furnished (bed, desk, bedding), the price also includes electricity, heating, internet, washer / dryer.
The common areas are the kitchen, the living room (relaxation area), the bathroom.
For Laval University by public transport, it takes about an hour.
I am looking for someone who is calm, respectful, open to dialogue, who does not crown (Quebec swearwords) non-smoker, who does not use drugs and who does not run around :p
I am a Christian of the Catholic faith, faith is not a prerequisite to live at home, but I expect an open mind. Don't be surprised, there are icons and crucifixes.
