Beautiful STUDENT Room Center Perpignan
In a large old apartment, beautiful volumes and colorful decoration, 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms, offering a view of quiet gardens. One of them is occupied by Anne, the owner, a second by a young Chilean student and the third a young Barcelonan who is leaving us at the end of August.
For 6 years now, I have welcomed students or young employees. Warm atmosphere respectful of everyone's independence!
The apartment is ideally located in downtown Perpignan, quiet street and neighborhood, close to the city center. 10 minutes walk from Castillet. A bus stop is 20 meters from the house, convenient for getting to the university, in the Arago high school area.
Cleaning is provided in the common areas every week. You are welcome. Feel free to contact me for any further information. See you soon, I hope.
