The room is part of my 100 M2 apartment - 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with Elevator. I live there with my 16 year old daughter every other week.
The apartment is in a residential area, quiet, secure, ideally located. The Val d'Or station - Line L is a 3-minute walk away, 7 minutes from La Défense, 18 minutes from Saint-Lazare. T2 is a 7-minute walk away.
Close to Saint Cloud Park and the Bois de Boulogne.
Ideally, I am looking for a student who occupies the room during the week and returns on weekends.
