Room located on the first floor of my house, on the banks of the Loire, with a surface area of approximately 15 m² with a comfortable individual bathroom... knowing that my bathroom and my bedroom are on the ground floor. on the ground floor of my house! The garden is very pleasant and very quiet. I make my kitchen available. Also very quiet area with parking next to the house. Bus lines number 11 and 50 to the center of Tours and a tram line to the center of Tours which serves Tours Nord and Joué-lès-Tours. Wifi of course! Two cats, Socrates the Siamese and Moustic, are the souls of this house and delight cat lovers.
