La chambre est spacieuse et possède de nombreux rangements. Tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien sont fournis ou disponibles. La localisation du logement est aussi un avantage du fait de la proximité immédiate de Paris, de la ligne 1 et du bois de Vincennes. Le quartier est également tranquille. L'entretien régulier de Patricia en fait une maison globalement très propre. Le lieu est, de plus, agréablement bien chauffé. Il y a cependant des éléments à prendre en compte pour y envisager un séjour : - la salle de bain, décrite comme privative, est en fait à partager avec les autres chambres du logement également louées - l'utilisation de la cuisine est tolérée, mais limitée à un créneau strict de 19h à 20h - une odeur de litière persistante au rez-de-chaussée accompagne la présence des trois chats - si vous souhaitez que votre chambre reste un espace privé où vous seul pénétrez, il est préférable d'aborder la question au préalable

Rudy avait visité la maison avant d'entrer dans les lieux. Il savait donc que la salle de bains était réservée à l'usage des colocataires. Les horaires d'accès à la cuisine ne sont pas limités mais doivent rester dans des créneaux raisonnables, pas jusqu'à 22 h en effet.
