Bordeaux Nansouty, New air-conditioned room for 2 people
La chambre climatisée se trouve à l'étage, à votre disposition une grande salle de bain avec WC et des rangements pour vos affaires. La maison est "non-fumeur" mais vous aurez accès à notre extérieur aménagé où vous pourrez fumer. Pour info, un vieux chien très câlin vit ici !
Le tram est à moins de 10 min à pied (arrêts Bergonie ou Barriere Saint Genès). Le Bus 26 passe à 50m. La gare est à 20 min à pied, ou bus 9 à 5 min. Bus 5 direction Hôtel de Ville. Le logement est tout proche de la place Nansouty, quartier et voisinage calmes, merci de respecter les règles de vivre ensemble.
Un dépôt de garantie (150€) vous sera demandé pour toute location sans être encaissé et vous sera rendu à votre départ. Les draps et les serviettes fournis, je vous demande de rendre la chambre dans un bon état. Je suis à votre disposition pour toute question.
