Dans le couloir, autre chambre louée à une étudiante studieuse. Ambiance calme demandée. Pas d accès à la cuisine familiale mais micro ondes et frigo dans le couloir. Accès terrasse et salon de jardin. Salle de bain à partager exceptionnellement lorsque nos enfants viennent. Garage à vélo. Le loyer comprend toutes charges et ménage hebdomadaire .
