Charming studio like home
I rent the apartment I live in when I am in the Paris region for work.
The rest of the time it is available for you. So come and put down your suitcases and enjoy.
It is located near the metro, and an RER, and several buses, on a street of shops, with the Marne at the end of the street and the Seine at the end of another street...
It consists of a separate kitchen, fully equipped, a private bathroom, and a living room / bedroom composed of 2 single sofa beds (which transform into a king size bed for 2). There is fiber, a washing machine, a clothes horse, mosquito nets, some fitness/bodybuilding equipment (weights, mats, elastic bands, kettlebells...), some books, some games, fans or heating depending on the season....I provide sheets and towels... Salt and pepper...
It is lucky to be delivered with an exterior: bbq, garden furniture...
The building is family-run, we all know each other.
