Bedroom 1 bed with duvet. Desk, storage, coffee maker, kettle. WIFI. Practical for students or working people on the move. Non-smoking. WC and bathroom are opposite. The entrance and corridor of the bedrooms allow you to move around independently and preserve your privacy. The rest of the apartment, including the kitchen, is not enclosed but it is my PRIVATE SPACE and I lead my personal life there. This is not a shared apartment. Quiet apartment, large parking lot, very well located, 1.2 km from the city center by a pleasant pedestrian path. Bus stop nearby. Moments of exchange, if they arise, are a source of wealth in my opinion, but at the discretion of each individual.
