Cozy apartment, the common areas are very nice, you will have a good time and be comfortable, at your leisure, you have everything: terrace where you can smoke, kitchen included, shower, washing machine, cleaning service, etc... right to television,. Both my mother and I are sociable people, we like to do everything, we speak several languages, etc ... Neighborhood: Very quiet, 15 minutes walk from the bunkers el carmel, 5 minutes from Maragall where there is everything, and bus 19 5 minutes away that takes you to Plaza Catalunya in 40 minutes, v23 20 seconds from home takes you in front of Barceloneta beach in 45 minutes, food store 20 seconds from home and another larger one 5 minutes walk away, you have a park next door (mountain), soccer field 20 minutes walk, bar 20 seconds from Asa, pharmacy 20 seconds from home.
