The room is on the 4th floor, has about 30 m2, and has: queen size bed, desk, chair, large closet, double anti-noise glass, and blackout curtains.
The services are shared: water, electricity, gas, 200 Mb internet, cleaning once a week (the entire apartment). Approx $1,200/month
