Please read carefully before applying. Furnished bedroom with small balcony and large cupboard. double bed and desk with extra furnitures. Philips HUE lights control. The building is located in a quiet area with a large mall 5mn walk away and 5mn driving distance from all commodities. Friendly atmosphere and homely feeling. I prefer vegetarians and non smokers. Alcohol isn't my cup of tea either. Thank you.

There is a free parking space in front of the house. Transport and surroundings: Down the street there is a bus stop for the bus that departs every hour from 8am to 7pm to Evian city center.
