Geographically, it is less than 15 minutes' walk from the center of La Défense, the RER A and E, the Nanterre SNCF train station, its Paris Ouest La Défense university as well as the Paris Opera school located in the André Malraux park, in Nanterre.
Several bus lines are at the foot of the residence, allowing easy access to Paris.
For those who prefer to travel by bike or electric scooter, a cycle path and a dedicated space are available in the storage room under the stairs of the duplex, equipped with sockets for recharging devices.
A covered parking space is also available.
The room for rent is furnished with a 120x190 bed, a large dressing room, a chair and a spacious desk.
