Fully renovated shared accommodation
I am vacating my room in this beautiful 4-room apartment (63m2), completely renovated on the 1st floor with balcony.
The entire apartment has just been renovated. It has 3 bedrooms of 10m2 each, equipped with a 140 x 200cm bed, a closet, a desk, a chair, lamps and a bedside table.
The common areas include the kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Many cupboards are available in the apartment.
The kitchen is brand new and equipped with:
- Ceramic hob and hood
- Built-in oven
- Fridge/freezer
- Dishwasher
The living room is equipped with a TV, a sofa, chairs and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with towels and a washer-dryer.
The building is secured with cameras and has a caretaker.
Internet (fiber optic) is included in the apartment.
