Good morning ! Concept of renting a room in a homestay. Large apartment, beautiful sunny volumes, three bedrooms. One occupied by Anne, owner of the place, the other two are available. These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in downtown Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. For 6 years I have been welcoming young Erasmus students or young employees.
