13m2 room in shared accommodation for rent on rue du docteur Gestin in a 1930s house, ideal for students. The room faces west and has built-in cupboards, a desk and a dressing room. Independent entrance in suplex with free parking on the street and bus 2 is a 5-minute walk away. It will take you to the center and the Technopole.
The 160 x 200 (king size) bed is new and comfortable.
The kitchenette/laundry room, bathroom and toilet are to be shared with another tenant.
