Marie Noëlle est très présente au début de la location, mais devient très difficile à contacter dès que l'on a un soucis. Elle est très à cheval sur la propreté alors que le logement n'était pas propre à mon arrivée. Le colocataire qui est là depuis plusieurs mois ne fait jamais le ménage car il n'a soit-disant pas le temps, mais il vous reprochera vos assiettes qui sèchent sur le rebord du lavabo. De plus, je n'ai jamais rencontré la propriétaire, mais la voisine et la femme de ménage ont les clés du logement et rentrent à leur guise quand on est au travail. Sans vouloir en rajouter, les règles sont strictes: ne pas ouvrir les volets si on n'est pas dans la maison, toujours fermer la porte et le portail à clé même si on est à l'intérieur, cependant, les clés des chambres, WC, et salle de bain(qui existent) sont retirées lorsque l'on arrive. Vous n'aurez donc aucune intimité.
