As I am rarely at home, I provide a furnished room in my F4. In my absence, the other rooms (except my bedroom-office) are fully accessible. I leave the room price alone in any case, even if the whole apartment can be used. The apartment is very bright, but beware, it is on the 5th floor without a lift. Wifi, TV, parking, coffee maker, kettle in the room... Access to the kitchen and the bathroom is always possible.
