Quiet apartment, large parking lot, very well located, 1.2 km from the city center by a pleasant pedestrian path. Bus stop nearby. The garden is pleasant but accessible from the living room and therefore at certain convenient times (PM). There is a tenant space with table/chairs/deckchair. Moments of exchange, if they arise, are a source of wealth in my opinion, but at the discretion of each individual.
