Holiday rental mountain Saint Gervais les Bains, apartment
Appartement et prestation de standing dans la résidence "Le clos des écureuils" de type chalet. Venez passer d'agréables vacances sur le Mont-Blanc. Je vous y accueille été comme hiver.
Accès très facile avec un grand parking privatif.
Situé à 100m de la gare du TMB (train du Mont-Blanc), 500m du centre du village et 900m des ascenseurs (LE VALLEEN et L’ALPIN) et 300m de l'ascenseur des THERMES. Navette de bus GRATUITE devant la gare du TMB.
Le chalet se situe dans un secteur calme et paisible. Au 1er étage, exposé Ouest, très bon ensoleillement, l'appartement de 35 m² avec terrasse est un 3 pièces dont une cabine avec fenêtre. Entièrement carrelé, composé: 1 chambre lit 2 places, pièce de vie avec 1 canapé 2 places, une cabine avec 2 lits superposés, un placard, salle de bains, WC séparé, cuisine.
Les réservations se font directement et non avec le système de réservation de la plateforme.
