The room in the outbuilding has a bathroom with sink and toilet. If necessary, I can rent a 3rd room, cheaper because I have to cross it to go to mine. It is a charming 19th century village house. Access to the whole house is possible, everything is shared: living room, kitchen, bathroom. I am gay, single, but everyone is welcome in a friendly atmosphere. The Perche Natural Park is to be discovered and I will gladly show it to you. It is possible to "rent the owner" with the house for all kinds of services at will.
