My apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Located in the marsh at Arts et Métiers, it is ideal for getting around the center easily and quickly. It is located a 5-minute walk from Place de la République and its metro stations (lines 3, 11, 5, 9, 8). You can easily explore the city on foot (15 minutes walk from Chatelet and 20 minutes from Grands Boulevards or Saint Michel).
I provide a spacious 18m2 room, soon including an office. You will be able to access the rest of the apartment without worries (kitchen, living room, etc.). The bed is 160 x 190 cm.
I am quite flexible on arrival and departure times according to your constraints and needs.
Dynamic by nature, I do a lot of outside activities and am not often present in the evenings, but it is with pleasure that I let you enjoy my apartment.
