In my apartment, I suggest you rent a 12 m² room.
3 minutes from the Saint-Martin tram, 7 minutes from the station and the center and 15 minutes from the sea by car.
In a quiet apartment, you can enjoy the kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary equipment, the bathroom with washing machine and the living room with television and balcony.
I live in the accommodation and the 3rd bedroom should be occupied by a young woman of 22 who works.
