Homestay room between city and countryside
Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair!
Small clarification which does not appear in the list of supplies made available in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfasts. Non-smokers preferred as a non-smoker myself.

The apartment is non-smoking (except balcony).
