Near the Valle Hebron hospital I only rent to clean and tidy people... You have to take off your shoes at home. Parties by the neighbors are not allowed... The kitchen utensils are basic. And I am somewhat demanding with the cleanliness...for future tenants...I live near the Valle Hebron hospital...the utilities apart (electricity, gas, water, wifi) are little... Neighborhood surrounded by green areas, very quiet.
