- Small bathroom consisting of a shower + toilet.

Situation:
-A large colruyt surface opposite,
-A bus stop 50 meters away, with 2 possible destinations: One leaves from the town and goes to the city center of Liège and the other goes to Guillemins station.
The roommate upstairs is a young worker, who gets up early, so is looking for a calm person, at least during the week.
