Je quitte mon appartement en colocation à la fin octobre, situé à Lausanne Centre-Ville. Je cherche un colocataire pour reprendre ma chambre à partir du 1er novembre 2024, ou plus tôt si nous nous mettons d'accord. La chambre est très grande, faisant 30 m², et bénéficie d'un bel ensoleillement durant la journée. L'appartement se trouve au cœur de Lausanne.
À 5 minutes du métro M2 (Place de la Riponne)
À 10 minutes à pied de la Gare de Lausanne
Arrêts de bus 1 et 2 juste devant le bâtiment (Valentin)
Vous partagerez l'appartement avec un garçon de 29 ans qui travaille, calme et agréable. L'appartement dispose d'un grand balcon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon et d'une salle de bain. Une cave est également disponible pour votre stockage. Stationnement en zone autorisé devant le bâtiment.
