Perpignan STUDENT Beautiful SUNNY Room! DOWNTOWN
Concept of renting a room in a homestay.
Large apartment, beautiful sunny volumes, three bedrooms. One occupied by Anne, owner of the place, the other two are available.
Access to one or other of the rooms depending on current availability.
The 1st bedroom is 18 m2, the second slightly smaller. The rent includes all costs (not towels). Bedding is provided.
These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in downtown Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. For 6 years I have been welcoming young Erasmus students or young employees.
Warm atmosphere respectful of everyone's independence (Homestay room concept).
PS: Little advice, find out, because certain sectors should really be avoided in Perpignan.
