In a 133 m2 apartment, you will have a 12 m2 premium room with a private balcony that guarantees you sun and fresh air.
Your room will be equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot and cold), a flat screen Smart TV with all encrypted channels, a desk and a wardrobe with additional storage. You will also have at your disposal a private fridge freezer and of course, a 110/190 cm bed.
The accommodation has hot water and a kitchen equipped with microwave, grill oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and ceramic hob.
