The room is located 10 minutes walk from Orsay train station, the university, 500 mts from Les Ulis. Next to Saclay, CNRS, CEA, Courtaboeuf, Polytechnique, Centrale, ENS schools, 20 minutes from Orly airport and 20 minutes from Paris. We ask for an extra of 15 euros per night or 150 euros per month per person. And 8 euros per washing machine

On ne pensais pas avoir un jour un locataire qui nous donne autant de problèmes : salle de bain inondée, WC bouché, 50 m3 de consommation d'eau en 3 semaines, chambre de 25 m2 chauffée à 24-25 °.
Wc cassés constaté à son départ. Que de soucis !!
Tout ce que Louis dit est faux .
