The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, food processor, rice cooker, blender in order to be able to cook in good conditions. For the fridge there will be half available in the fridge in the kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment provided.
The apartment has undergone renovation work to guarantee your comfort (electricity, painting, tiling have been redone).
A few words about the owner: entrepreneur in the IT field, I have long paid the price of unscrupulous owners in the Paris region but not only. I offer a quality room with comfortable services. I am legit for the lease contract, deposit, receipt.
