Quiet, and close to the Hypercentre
Near a small, recently renovated pedestrian square, the apartment is very quiet while being close to the City Center (30 min walk from Place du Capitole, 7 min walk from Matabiau train station - airport shuttle terminus, Marengo metro, and buses).
It has 2 rooms including a separate bedroom which opens onto a small planted courtyard, cool in summer.
You can find all the local shops at the end of the street.
Arrival times are between 3:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you need to arrive later, please let me know.
The rental period cannot exceed 15 days.
