Quiet bedroom and private bathroom near train station (except weekends)
We offer a large bedroom upstairs in a renovated 1930s house, with private bathroom and toilet, in a very quiet area 10 minutes from Rennes train station. Access is independent, via the garage which also offers space to park a bicycle.
This room is intended for professionals in training or internship staying only during the week and eating outside. Friday or Saturday nights are not available (except in exceptional circumstances). However, all belongings can remain in place during the weekend.
It will be the tenant's responsibility to clean their spaces and keep the bathroom clean.
The minimum rental period is 1 month minimum, renewable for 1 to 3 months at the end of each rental period. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as cleaning equipment.
We are a blended couple who rent one of the 4 bedrooms of our now grown children.
