These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in downtown Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. For 6 years I have been welcoming young Erasmus students or young employees. The room is located in a popular area, close to shops and bus lines. The city center is a 10-minute walk away and there is parking available. The apartment has a dryer and a washing machine in the garage, giving access to the garden. The university is a 20-minute bus ride away. It is requested that the occupants' sleep be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Check-in is on the first day around 5 p.m. and check-out on the last day before 12 p.m. Cleanliness is required.
