Warm and very nice shared apartment.
-Metro 8 and tram T3a at the foot of the building.
-Line 6 and 14 at 15 minutes walk.
-Lake of Daumesnil at 5 minutes walk.
-All shops nearby.
You will be welcomed by my 3 roommates and friends: Tristan, Randy and Lancelot.
Whether you are friendly or solitary, there is enough human intelligence here for everyone to feel good without imposing any particular rules.
The apartment is crazy 😍, 100 m² indoor and 80 m² terrace with a view of all the classics of Paris🗼
The room is soundproofed and equipped with an air purifier.
You will find a double bed, a 4k curved screen, a desk to work or watch a movie in privacy.
