Fixed-term rental. Contemporary house, luxury services, very bright, in a haven of peace at the end of a private dead-end facing a small wood where deer sometimes come to eat acorns. Rental contents: Furnished room of 14 m2 including a double bed, a bedside table, a desk with an armchair, a storage unit, a TV screen for PC (sheets and towels provided), sink area in the room. The toilets are at the end of the corridor and are shared by users of the floor, as is the bathroom with bathtub. The large kitchen located on the ground floor is shared and includes all the necessary utensils and equipment. A shelf in the fridge will be reserved for the future tenant. Parking possible in front of the house and access to the garden. Suitable for a person in training, internship, work-study and ideally outside weekends. 1 WEEK = 4 NIGHTS. 4 weeks at the price indicated, if weekend in addition, contact us.

We offer a large and spacious room on the 2nd floor of our house within our welcoming and jovial family. You will have access to the private bathroom and toilet on the landing of the 1st floor. You can also use our kitchen if necessary. Access by miller-type staircase. We have an unheated above-ground swimming pool that we let you use on request (except for cleaning in progress) in the summer season. Close to Rennes. At the foot of the shops. Star and Breizh go bus stop in front of the house to go to Rennes, Tinténiac and Romille

I welcome you to my bioclimatic house built in 2021: wood, straw and earth are the materials. The bedroom is upstairs and faces east and south, very bright. A comfortable double bed, a bedside table, two shelves and a desk with a chair make it up. A slightly steep staircase, be careful. The house is about 1 km from the expressway connecting Rennes (20 mins) to Saint-Malo (40 mins). An accessible bus also serves Rennes. An organic store is located about 1.5 km away and all supermarkets are less than 5 km away.

The Ecocenter welcomes you this summer for vacations with family or friends, camps, green classes, retreats, artistic residencies, and any other collective project. We (the Hameaux Légers association) offer the rental of this exceptional place under self-management to allow groups (up to 35 people) to live a unique experience, in total immersion in ecological, unusual and warm spaces. The Ecocentre is 6 light habitats in a naturalistic garden: a green setting located 15km from Dinan, 3min walk from a leisure center and a swimming area. Geodesic dome, A-shaped house, single-slope house, tower house, nomadic house, yurt: discover a diversity of light habitats and reversible buildings, installed alongside the main 400 m² building, in a garden with 2,500 plant species and 'sauna !
