Everyone has a key, enters and exits as they please. My sewing workshop is located opposite the house. I am very often present and easily reachable. Kitchen and bathroom to share. The bedroom consists of a 140 cm double bed, storage space, a work table, a large mirror, wifi and a fan. I clean the common areas very regularly. Bed linen and towels provided; recent decoration.

Cleaning of the common areas is done regularly. 5 min walk from a bus and tram stop, 20 min walk from Tours train station and the historic center. Free parking spaces in the street.
