Room of 10 m2 on the ground floor in a quiet individual pavilion of 104 m2 with garden and terrace. Kitchen, bathroom and WC to share. Parking in front of the house. Breakfast and use of the kitchen together.
Comfort: a very good quality BZ bed, high-speed Internet, a desk, a wardrobe/drawers.
Close to Étampes, a town with all amenities. Direct access 10 minutes from the N20. RER C line 3 km away, or direct trains to Paris and Orléans.
Welcome upon arrival, intermittent presence of the owner in the house. Possibility of shared meals.
