Young man of 28 years old and owner, I rent a room, ideal for a student.
In a pretty renovated 80m² Duplex apartment, I rent a furnished room including a large wardrobe and an office space. The bedroom is upstairs. There is also a bathroom and toilet.
A large shared living room/living room/open kitchen of 34 m², and a balcony of 5.5 m² (with a view of the Chevreuse Valley and the fields of the Château de Saint-Jean de Beauregard) complete the rental of this room.
Fully equipped kitchen:
