I am 5 minutes from the city center by car... "convenient"!
Your room is upstairs with a double bed and an extra mattress (2 places) for more than 2 people for short stays. Upstairs, a separate entrance and your keys. You have access to the bathroom as well as the kitchen with all its equipment (fridge, oven, gas stove, washing machine (extra €5) dishes and all kitchen utensils...we share :) I provide sheets and towels.
There is Wi-Fi connection.
Parking is FREE in the area.
A bus stop next to the house to take you to the city center. All shops nearby.

Mon arrêt de tram "Port Marianne" ou "Rive du Lez" (5 minutes à pied) ainsi que la gare Saint-Roch et l'aéroport sont à 15 minutes. Les arrivées sont possibles à partir de 18 heures. Je n'autorise pas les animaux de compagnie et je ne possède pas d'animaux. L'appartement est non-fumeur.
