In a comfortable 75m2 apartment with a large kitchen, a bathroom and toilets to share with a priority roommate (1 person and a very discreet cat). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment offers a clear view without being overlooked.
Tramway 9 (6 stations from Porte de Choisy) and the RERC (2 stations from Paris XIII-Bibliothèque François Mitterrand) are nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant, located in a residential area a stone's throw from the city center. All shops are accessible in 5 minutes on foot.
