I am offering a sublet room in my 4-room duplex in Geneva.
Possibility of extension up to 6 months.
The apartment includes an entrance, a dining room, a kitchen, as well as bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets.
A very sociable cat lives in the apartment.
A cleaning lady comes once a week for complete maintenance of the apartment. The participation fee is CHF 200 per month.
Smokers are accepted, but only on the landing or balcony.
